I like this idea, a few key motivated people just need to take the initiative and put together a work in progress plan so this can evolve.
It could take some time to raise the money depending on what is intended. A small chipin simply to set up some type of trust fund to raise the money might not be a bad idea. For starters we could simply gather all of the information about the choices that are available and create a web site out of that with a chipin.
Mainland to island is a drastic step. I do not envision a rosy picture if we are talking about an undeveloped island. Despite that I will be following and commenting on this project with enthusiasm and hoping it comes to fruition. |

| Once I find someone to create it a website will be very useful. It will be difficult in some areas, but we can make it as smooth a transition as possible. |

I have a few site design skills . . .
